Compulsory schooling and welcome-class enrolment

Polish law obliges every child aged 7–18 living in Poland to attend school — regardless of citizenship. Without enrolment — administrative fines up to 5,000 PLN for parents, and worse, the child loses school years. LegalWin enrols expat kids in welcome classes (klasa powitalna — Polish-as-a-second-language adaptation), public Polish schools or private/international (Akademeia, BISC, ISW). Turnkey: meldunek, documents, school director, certificate translation.
