Tłumacze przysięgli are translators with state accreditation from the Polish Ministry of Justice, authorised to translate official documents for urzędy, courts, KRS, USC and banks. Without a sworn translation your foreign documents will be rejected — even if perfectly rendered by an ordinary translator. Frequently asked

  • A sworn translation has legal force — comparable to notarised. The translator is in the MoJ register, accepted by urzędy, courts, banks. Ordinary translators — even excellent ones — lack that status. Official documents need sworn.
