Polish sworn translations for urzędy, courts and banks
Tłumacze przysięgli are translators with state accreditation from the Polish Ministry of Justice, authorised to translate official documents for urzędy, courts, KRS, USC and banks. Without a sworn translation your foreign documents will be rejected — even if perfectly rendered by an ordinary translator. A sworn translation has legal force — comparable to notarised. The translator is in the MoJ register, accepted by urzędy, courts, banks. Ordinary translators — even excellent ones — lack that status. Official documents need sworn.
