Without a sworn translation your foreign documents will be rejected — even if perfectly rendered by an ordinary translator. Frequently asked
A sworn translation has legal force — comparable to notarised. The translator is in the MoJ register, accepted by urzędy, courts, banks. Ordinary translators — even excellent ones — lack that status. Official documents need sworn.
