Notary attendance

Attorney attending the deed of sale

The notarial deed (akt notarialny) is the final stage of buying property. The notary confirms the agreement but is neutral — they don't protect the buyer. Our attorney attendance reads the deed before signing, checks every clause, negotiates changes with the seller, and controls the flow of money and keys. On an 800k purchase, our fee pays for itself with one amendment. If you're not in Poland — notarial PoA, and we replace you in full.

Frequently asked

  • The notary is neutral — required to protect both sides equally. On dilemmas (transfer moment, deadlines) the notary picks the "neutral" wording that often favors the seller. Your attorney sees every risk and negotiates each clause for you.
