Employment by a Polish employer

Umowa o pracę or zlecenie, salary at least minimum wage (4,666 PLN gross in 2026). Combined with zezwolenie na pracę.

EU Blue Card

Higher education, salary ≥ 1.5× national average, contract ≥ 1 year. Expedited procedure.

Own business

Sp. z o.o. with income ≥ 12× average salary or 2 employees, or sole proprietorship (JDG).

Studies at an accredited university

Certificate from dziekanat, proof of funds (≥ 721 PLN/month), accommodation, insurance.

    Waiting & requests

    We reply to uzupełnienia via eDoręczenia. Status on client portal.

  6. 06

    Card collection

    7 days

    After positive decision — +100 PLN for the card, collect at the voivode's.
